Kelly Najarian
Kelly was born and raised in Scarborough, Maine. She attended the College of Charleston where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in Spanish. After graduating from the College of Charleston, she spent a year in Austin, Texas working at a non-profit school for children with speech, language, and learning disorders. Following her year in Austin, she received her Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Northeastern University in Boston. In addition to her Master’s degree, she completed the Early Intervention Certification Program at Northeastern University, focusing on early childhood development and treatment.
After graduating, Kelly remained in Boston working at a public school with preschool and elementary-aged children for four years. She recently moved back to Charleston after missing the warmer weather and wanting to be closer to family. Working with young children is where she feels the happiest, and she loves the perspective on life that they give her.
